Fees and Other Costs
This page explains the amount to be paid to IAESTE Japan, as well as the travel and accommodation fees required for the internship.
Amount to Be Paid to IAESTE Japan
You need to pay the application fee and the internship administration fee. Please see below for details.
Application Fee

Internship Administration Fee
Half of the internship administration fee will be refunded if the internship is done remotely.

If you belong to a university member school at either the time of application or the time of internship, the amount for university member students will be applied.
Other Expenses

| Travel Expenses | You are to purchase your airline tickets and other expenses. |
| Accommodation | The internship host usually provides sufficient funds for your living expenses. You may be required to pay for your own expenses to participate in local IAESTE-sponsored events. |
| Overseas Accident Insurance | You are responsible for your own insurance, including arrangements. Insurance is mandatory. |
| VISA Application Fee | You will be responsible for this fee. The host country’s IAESTE will assist you with the VISA application process. |
